Major Information Security Incident

Identify a major information security incident that
occurred in the recent past (within the last five years). If possible, identify
a breach that occurred in, or otherwise impacted, a Fortune 500 company. Review
and analyze your chosen incident based on the following questions:

1). What went wrong?

2). Why did it occur?

3). Who was responsible?

4). How could it have been prevented?

5). What advice would you offer to prevent such an
incident from occurring in the future?

The content of your paper must be 6-8 pages in length
and formatted according to APA style. Be clear, concise, and
focused. Cite a minimum of six references.
