Use the following outline to compose your scholarly paper on organizational leadership:
In one succinct paragraph, introduce the topic and provide a general overview; telling the reader what this paper is about.
This is your critical analysis of scholarly peer-reviewed sources/studies and is where you establish your theoretical foundation for your argument (theoretical framework).
Discuss what you found out based upon your lit review. Provide your interpretation of what the findings from the scholarly studies mean.
Identify what organizational leaders can do to address the gaps and/or the organizational leadership issues related to your lit review and discussion. Provide one or two calls for action.
Concluding your paper; remember to tie the conclusion back to your introduction.
Support your paper with a minimum of 5 resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

References: Minimum of 5 scholarly resources.
